COBRA

Rehn & Associates can now take the hassle out of COBRA administration for you and your company! We make it simple for you by doing all the paperwork. We send out required notifications, bill, collect and remit premiums appropriately and provide you with necessary reports. You simply notify us of a qualifying event and then we will:

  • Send a notification letter to the qualified beneficiary providing the required options and enrollment forms.
  • If they elect coverage through COBRA, we will then set up a billing system in which we can collect the monthly COBRA premium.
  • We will bill the employer their portion of the premiums if applicable under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009.
  • We will monitor time limitations for responses and coverage, and then take necessary action.

Section 125 (Flexible Spending Plan)

Rehn & Associates' Flexible Benefits team make it simple for you to offer these tax saving benefits without the hassle. We offer full administration services for Section 125 (Health Care, Dependent Care, Transportation and Adoption) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA). We are able to fully customize your HRA plan to fit your company's health benefit needs. With administration, the following services are included:

  • Participant debit cards for point-of-sale reimbursements
  • Same day processing for paper claims (for the FSA Plan)
  • Weekly processing of HRA claims
  • Participants and employers have 24 hours web access to account information
