Rehn & Associates was founded in 1961 by Archie W. Rehn. His sole focus was self-insured Taft- Hartley Trust clients, of which he had two. Over the years, the client base has grown and has expanded its service offerings to include COBRA administration, Section 125 Plan administration and administration for other types of self-insured clients. In 2009, Rehn & Associates was purchased by David & Malinda Kimmet and Lee Teichmer. Rehn & Associates, a firm that started with a single employee that now approaches 70, remains a privately held company, free from the problems that can arise when ownership and control are separated. Ownership remains intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of Rehn & Associates, an attribute that gives our clients a direct link to those with ultimate control.

Today Rehn & Associates is uniquely qualified to offer you and your group customized services. We have an onsite Information Technology (IT) development team that is able to implement your individual client's benefit design to best fit your needs. Our proprietary claims adjudication software will allow you 24 hour online reporting options and offers your clients' participants 24 hour access to their claim information.

Our dedication to customer service provides you, your clients, and their participants with personal assistance every time our office is contacted. Rehn & Associates claims adjudication staff is available during all office hours to directly answer any questions concerning individual benefits. Our administrators are available to speak with Trustees, attorneys, consultants or any other Plan provider to personally respond to questions or requests.
